How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Just scroll down to the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email support@veraney.com, and we’ll help you find an alternative solution.
I accidentally canceled my order. Can I resume it?
If you canceled your order but still want to receive it, the best way is to place a new order at checkout. If you have any questions, email support@veraney.com — we’re here to help.
I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?
After canceling your order using the link in your confirmation email, you will receive another email once the cancellation is successful. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, contact us at support@veraney.com with your original #GLO order number, and we’ll check on it for you.
I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?
If your order includes a gift card, please email support@veraney.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancel/change request, and we will assist you.
