How to Place a Return or Exchange
We apologize that you’re not satisfied with your Veraney purchase. Please contact us at Support@veraney.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll handle the rest.
Can’t Find Your Return Slip?
No worries—Veraney packages do not include return slips. Simply email Support@veraney.com, and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange.
Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to place a return or are having difficulty doing so within the 30-day window, please contact Support@veraney.com. You will need to provide your order number for the return, and you’ll be fully refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing Time for Return
Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Received the Wrong Product?
If you received a product different from what you ordered, we apologise for the mistake. Please reach out to us at Support@veraney.com, and we’ll correct the issue promptly.
Not Happy with Your Product?
You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Follow these packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
If you did not receive a return label, please email Support@veraney.com.
Faulty Products
If you have received a faulty product, please email Support@veraney.com before returning your order. We will assist you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
Note: If your order was not purchased via www.veraney.com, the return policy of the store where you purchased the product will apply.
